Gail was friendly and approachable as well as professional. I asked her to do a sample edit on my first chapter and although I had edited that chapter so many times, she still found things I’d missed. I liked that I got a document with tracked changes so I could choose to reject or accept changes. She also provided comments about things that were confusing or unclear.
